I remember playing the original 64 version with one of my cousins and we had a blast playing it.

I agree about the Virtual Console version, and I feel it is probably even the better buy than the 3DS version, simply because the 3DS version did not update enough with the game IMO. By leaving out an ONLINE multiplayer component, it's like they only updated the graphics on 10 year old+ game, and failed to bring it to today's standards with online multiplayer. Then they slapped a $40 price tag on it…where's the ripoff sign?
