November 2021 Podcast: Nintendo 64, Pokémon, and a whole pile of games

2 mins read

We have a very Nintendo-focused podcast this month. With new Pokémon titles out this month (or, at least, remakes of Pokémon titles), we have a good chat about those games, and the broader Pokémon experience – where are things at with the series, and what has made it so enduring?

And then we have a good chat about our big DDNet multiplayer session. With the Nintendo 64 collection landing on Switch this month, the team sat down to experience some classic split-screen multiplayer, and we had an absolute ball. As it turns out, Nintendo 64 games have held up as a multiplayer experience better than anyone might have expected – and they run well on Switch!

Finally, we talk about the games coming out in November. On the Switch, especially, it’s an incredible month for releases.

Thanks as always for tuning in and let us know your own thoughts!
