Annapurna Interactive proved long ago why it is a top publisher of video games, with a catalogue including What Remains of Edith Finch, Gone Home, Telling Lies, Wattam, Last Stop, Twelve Minutes, The Artful Escape, Stray, Thirsty Suitors — and that is just a sampling of its titles! Today, Annapurna streamed its annual showcase; it revealed new game demos, new console platforms, and release dates. This year’s showcase featured six games (outside of Cocoon): Wheel World, Skin Deep, Wanderstop, Lushfoil Photography Sim, to a T, and Sayonara Wild Hearts.

The publisher also announced a continuing partnership with Cocoon developer Geometric for its next game. The showcase ended with an interview with Faraway developer Steph Thirion and new footage from creature-collecting game Morsels. Both games launch this year.

Lindsay picked up an NES controller for the first time at the age of 6 and instantly fell in love. She began reviewing GBA games 20 years ago and quickly branched out from her Nintendo comfort zone. She has has developed a great love of life sims and FMV titles. For her, accessibility is one of the most important parts of any game (but she also really appreciates good UI).
