We’re less than half a month into 2022, and it’s the best year of gaming ever… okay that might be hyperbole, but there’s a new Hatsune Miku game on the way to the Switch, so that’s exciting by default.
The game is called Hatsune Miku: Tsunageru Puzzle Tamagotori. We know nothing about this game, since it was announced on Twitter with a “main visual” and very little else, but the concept of the game is “connecting puzzle eggs”, which would seem to imply some variation of match-3, Puyo Puyo, or perhaps Mentori Puzzle, which follows a bird theme, much as this one seems to.

Anyhow, this was just an announcement that the game was happening, so we’ll hold on further speculation for now. Whatever form the game takes in the end, the last Miku puzzle game to land on the Switch really was one of the best things on the console, so we have high hopes for this one too.
