Thunder Wolves is a helicopter action game that looks like a more arcade-y version of the classic Strike series.
The game is on the way from bitComposer Games and Most Wanted Entertainment and puts players in the seat of a high-tech chopper under the command of a shadowy organization.
In Thunder Wolves, the player becomes part of this formidable group of pilots who carry out every order with unequalled precision and speed, no matter whether it requires protecting an oil platform, destroying a chemical factory, or stopping advancing enemies in their tracks. Their goal is nothing less than saving the world, and this requires staying a step ahead of the terrorists by finding out just what they are planning.
As a monster fan of the classic TV showAirWolf as well as EA’s Nuclear Strike and its predecessors, I’m pretty excited to see more on Thunder Wolves. There hasn’t been a decent helicopter shooter in years and we’re more than due.
Thunder Wolves strikes Xbox Live, the PSN, and the PC in quarter 2 of this year.
