The latest Pixeljunk, subtitled ‘4am’, hits the service this week along with more Sonic 4, Prototype 2, and JAM Live Music Arcade.
The hook for the newest PJ is it’s Virtual Audio Canvas. The VAC allows you to create musical compositions with the PS Move. Pretty cool and a great variation on the rhythm genre. It’s actually the first of two ‘music games’ to debut on the service this week.
JAM Live Music Arcade gives you a playground of sound to toy with and is compatible with your controller or… your guitar peripheral of choice. You know what that means don’t you? Finally, all those Rock Band and Guitar Hero plastic guitars that GameStop won’t accept anymore can get some use!
Sonic 4 Episode 2 also debut this week (you all should know what to expect from that one), Rock of Ages is free for Plus subscribers, and Prototype 2 is now downloadable (it’s really nifty BTW).
