Colors 3D isn’t so much a game per say, as it is a drawing tool. A 3D drawing tool.
Now, it is a little pricy at $6.99, but it’s just so darned cool that it’s hard not to like Colors 3D. The ‘app’ works like this; you draw whatever you like, complete with a full assortment of brushes and pencils, and then you sort the piece of artwork into different degrees of distance. It’s really cool to see in motion and the level of artwork that you can produce is pretty impressive.
Other than Colors 3D, there’s actually a real, live, WiiWare title this week (that isn’t named Carmen, Santiago, or any variation there of). TNT Racers is a nice looking cartoon racer that has both good looks and personality. I do have a bit of a soft spot for the whole cartooney look, so I might be a tad biased, but it looks like a winner… or at the very least, a fun afternoon.
Then for non-interactive entertainment fans, there’s an interview with Warren Spector (Epic Mickey) and the newest vid from the Shins- The Rifle’s Spiral. Oooh… so angsty.

sounds kinda like Art Academy but in 3D lol. I feel like I'm missing out on so much not having a 3DS!
My son's already saving up his pennies for this one on his 3DS. Everything we've seen about it looks pretty solid to this point.
I've got my fingers and toes crossed that it releases in Australia soon. It looks amazing.
