If our glowing review of the very good Panzer Corps wasn’t enough to convince you that this is a must-have strategy game, Matrix Games is going to release a demo to help get people over the line.
The demo features the first six missions of the tutorial “Bootcamp” Campaign, as well as the invasion of Poland and a few turns of the Norway scenario. That’s a lot of content, and will give you an idea on how the army upgrades work between scenarios and how experience plays a role across multiple battles.
There’s even a limited version of the scenario editor to whet the appetites of those who like making their own wars.
All in all, quite generous from Matrix, though hopefully everyone who reads us already has a copy, this Panzer General spiritual sequel is a strategic highlight for the year.
