One of the greatest strategy RPGs (SRPG) ever developed, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of The Lions, has been given a firm release date for iPad and iPhone.
That date is August 4, and the game is priced, in traditional Square Enix style, at the premium of 1800JPY/ 15.99USD/ 12.99EURO.
It’s worth it, of course (read our full review of the PSP version here), and as with the Final Fantasy III, we expect this game will be a roaring success on Apple’s hardware, with full retina support to look just stunning.
Thursday can’t get here fast enough.
